- Download and print a IR526 form from IRD ird.govt.nz.
- Complete the form and staple your tax certificate to the back.
- Send your completed form and tax certificate to the IRD.
Once you have received your tax credit, please contact by phone, 022 404 1856 or by email, [email protected], to arrange for your tax credit to come back to Hands of Hope Ministries. We would be grateful if you could think about doing something like this to help save and change the lives of even more children and families in need.
