Bringing a Brighter Future!
Latest Trip
I had a wonderful time on this trip to the Philippines. God really touched my heart through the different people I met. Me, Dad and Mum visited slum areas in Manila and spoke with lots of kids as well as adults. I had fun playing with the kids. Did you know that a number of families live on only $2 a day. There are so many hungry and needy people. Clean water is also hard to find here.

We spent 3 days in Manila before hopping on to a bus for Baguio. This trip takes 5 hours.

In Baguio we meet Pastor Arnold who showed us around. Dad and Mum were really excited as he gave them some ideas on how to help. We also went to his church and met one of his leaders and we also spen time with his family. I really liked his family. Dad will has just put more Photos up on our website. We also spent some time with Pastor Angela, Yasmin and team.

While in Baguio I also meet some on my friends from a previous trip. I was really looking forward to this. Before I left NZ I used my money and the money Sylvia gave to buy laser lights as presents. I brought 30-35 of them and the street kids and other friends were really happy when I gave them one. Thank you so much Sylvia.

I also had a 2hr school placement test which I did very well in. I have been accepted into Brent school. I have asked them to put a cricket wicket before I return in February. I hope they do.

We are home now and getting ready to return. We managed to get out just before the typhoons. This is really terrible as it has killed many people and left others homeless. Please help us by donating online through our Give Now page. Dad has just told me 100% of your donation goes to the people as we are funding our own personal expenses. I will write again soon.

Thanks for you help.

Love Joseph
